Why has my free trial ended earlier than expected?

Some customers who begin signing up to a special offer they have seen (i.e. 1 month free / 2 weeks free) abandon the signup process before it is complete.

As a result, our system automatically places these customers on a non-committal 2 day demo instead of the offer that they were signing up to.

This could be the reason why your free trial has ended earlier than expected.

In most cases, you will still be eligible for the original offer you tried signing up to so please try signing up again, but this time please make sure you fully complete the signup process.
